GF series plastic pipe production line mainly produces PVC pipes of various calibrators and thickness for agricultural water supply and drainage, building supply and drainage, cable laying, etc. This machine unit consists of cone twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutter, drainage pipe, core foaming pipe, muffling drainage pipe (hollow spiral pipe, solid wall spiral pipe), multi-pore pipe for communications, mixing rack, etc. The single-screw extruder and tractor are assorted with the imported AC variable frequency speed regulation device; and the vacuum pump and traction motor are both high-quality products. The modes of traction are 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws, etc. After matching with special devices, muffling drainage pipes and core foaming pipes can be produced.
